- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, helping them find the best beauty solutions to meet their individual needs.
- Demonstrate and educate customers on the benefits and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and make informed recommendations to customers.
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and optimized for sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions and daily administrative paperwork, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
- Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
- On-the-job training will be provided.
