Responsibilities:
As a valuable member of our global analytics consulting team, you'll play a crucial role in:
Crafting solutions for the deployment, execution, validation, monitoring, and enhancement of data science solutions.
Developing scalable and high-performing Machine Learning systems.
Constructing reusable production data pipelines for implemented machine learning models.
Writing production-quality code and libraries that can be easily packaged and deployed.
Collaboration is key - you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and business partners, leveraging your analytical skills to drive current and future strategies while ensuring business value and effectively communicating results.
Requirements:
We're seeking individuals with:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, along with 5+ years of work experience.
The ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and Data Scientists, contributing to the development of data and model pipelines and assisting in running machine learning tests and experiments.
End-to-end understanding of applications being created and the capability to manage the infrastructure and data pipelines needed to bring ML solutions to production.
Proficiency in troubleshooting production machine learning model issues, including recommendations for retraining and revalidation.
Experience with Big Data Projects using various types of structured and unstructured data.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with a global team.
Additional Skills Required:
Demonstrate proficiency in:
Python, Spark, Hadoop, and Docker with an emphasis on good coding practices in a continuous integration context, model evaluation, and experimental design.
ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and Keras.
Tools such as MLflow, Airflow, and Kubernetes.
Cloud environments, with knowledge of offerings such as AWS SageMaker.
Statistical tools, relational databases, and programming languages (Python/SQL).
