Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Senior Manager with the potential for fast-track advancement to Partnership. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, the ability to formulate recommendations, and implement solutions to complex technical issues. They should be adept at quickly acquiring new skills and effectively sharing technical knowledge to enhance the firm's expertise. This role involves active participation in ongoing training to stay abreast of current technical developments.

Responsibilities:

Formulate recommendations and implement solutions to complex technical issues.
Quickly acquire and share new technical skills to enhance the firm's expertise.
Stay updated on current technical knowledge through active participation in training.
Develop a thorough understanding of the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Promote the efficient operation of the firm through effective staff management and training.
Make informed decisions considering general economic and political trends, proposed pronouncements, and potential legislative changes affecting the business climate.
Play a key role in business development activities.
Create and maintain a positive work environment that recognizes the firm's people as its greatest asset.
Develop team members to their fullest potential, continuously improving their ability to serve clients.
Build collaborative relationships with clients as the cornerstone of business responsibility.
Qualifications:

5+ years of current experience in a CPA firm.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (MBA preferred).
CPA Certification.
Strong technical skills with the ability to formulate and implement solutions.
Proven ability to quickly learn and share new technical skills.
Familiarity with the firm's philosophy, reports, policies, and procedures.
Decision-making ability considering economic, political trends, and potential legislative changes.
Previous experience in staff management and training.
Excellent business development skills.
