Success will be determined by:
Growth in scale and scope of employer brand awareness and media/channels to achieve business goals.
Ensure that marketing materials and creative assets are aligned with overall employer brand in partnership with Corporate Communications.
Activation of candidate-to-employee funnel strategy and delivery of key funnel metrics and goals.
Ensure that tools align to business needs to support hiring and candidate experience integrity.
Stay current with knowledge on market industry trends, new innovations, and process improvements.
Job Responsibilities:
Own and drive execution of recruitment marketing campaigns, creative assets, as well as internal and external communications for recruitment marketing and employer brand.
Develop internal partnerships with Talent Acquisition, Career Diversity Recruiting Programs, Corporate Communications and Strategic Transformation teams to strengthen the Employer Brand and streamline the candidate experience.
Leading and handling the vendors and tools that bring our employer brand and recruitment marketing to life.
Identifying new opportunities, solutions and channels to support recruitment marketing, employer brand, communications and candidate experience goals.
Develop standard methodologies based on results, industry trends, and competitive audits; share these findings internally with key collaborators and leadership.
Use data to make informed recommendations and decisions about recruitment marketing strategy and tactics.
Leading and maintaining the content of the T-Mobile Career Site which includes working cross-functionally with teams to align on function messaging and with The Employer Brand at the forefront.
Running the recruitment CRM and Talent Community channels to attract and engage talent.
Communicating the relevant metrics of campaigns and marketing efforts to leadership and the business.
Play a strategic leadership role on the team and to partners and vendors.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
Work Experience:
4-7 years Business, Marketing, Communications, Employer Brand (Required)
Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, employer brand, talent attraction and media.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of EB landscape; ability to stay ahead of trends and adapt to a new and changing environment.
