Th Recruitment Marketing Manager will help us share our outstanding brand by owning and driving strategy and execution of the Recruitment Marketing strategy throughout the candidate-to-employee funnel. In this highly collaborative role, they will partner with HR, Marketing and Communications teams to find opportunities and solutions to support hiring-brand, communications and employee experience goals. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to marketing strategy development, employer brand activation through recruitment marketing, communication development, Employer Brand channel collaboration, creative development and campaign leadership. This individual will drive positive change to improve and candidate experience and work with vendor partners to position T-Mobile as an employer of choice and a rising technology company. This highly collaborative role requires a strong bias toward action.


Attracting and engaging this talent is the primary mission of the Recruitment Marketing Team. This team collaborates to promote T-Mobile’s Employer Brand strategy and achieves success by engaging and attracting employees who will thrive in our high-pace, constantly evolving, experience obsessed environment.
