Role Description: Community Manager

As the Community Manager at our company, you'll play a crucial role in curating the end-to-end experience for our community members. Your primary responsibilities will include nurturing and expanding our Discord and Twitter communities, as well as activating our token holders to participate in DAO votes and proposals. Collaborating closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll contribute to achieving our growth objectives by fostering sustained engagement and transforming curious Web3 enthusiasts into dedicated community members. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to lead and develop a team of moderators to support your initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy.
- Drive community growth and engagement strategies in alignment with marketing and product goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of community moderators, overseeing their performance and providing ongoing feedback.
- Enhance user experience within our Discord community platform.
- Extract actionable insights from community data and identify market opportunities.
- Manage Discord channel setup, permissions, bots, and security measures.
- Monitor and analyze community and campaign performance, offering recommendations for enhancement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to inform community growth strategies.
- Organize both virtual and in-person community events.
- Forge partnerships and collaborations within the Web3 gaming space.
- Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in community building and implement them to accelerate community growth.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in Web3 community building.
- Proficiency in Discord management and community building.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing community moderators.
- Passion for cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies.
- Strong grasp of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Track record of growing and scaling communities.
- Solid understanding of blockchain and Web3 technologies.
- Ability to independently solve problems and drive initiatives forward.
