Position Summary:
Sotero is seeking a full-time, remote experienced Business Development Rep (BDR) for Business to Business sales who will report the VP of Marketing. You are high-energy, you are highly competitive and expect to exceed your goals, you see challenges as opportunities, and you love collaborating across teams. You have working knowledge of sales tools to help you streamline your prospecting process. You have experience in driving qualified sales opportunities for Regional Sales Managers. You enjoy working with marketing and sales to turn key learnings from both into conversions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, engaging, and can identify influencers and key decision makers through prospecting into target accounts. This is a quota carrying position with the goal of generating qualified prospects. You play a crucial role in prospecting net new business for the company. If you are looking to succeed in the BDR role and to have room to grow your responsibility towards becoming a BDR manager, this is for you.
Running sales sequences with a minimum of 12 touch points ranging from email to phone calls and voicemails to LinkedIn messages.
Following sales process and consistently entering data into our CRM system.
Pipeline organization and collaboration with Regional Sales Managers for qualified meetings.
Working closely with sales and marketing on a daily basis to give and get feedback on key learnings.
Sufficient technical knowledge of our technology to qualify prospects and field objections.
Minimum of 2 years in the role of a BDR in B2B.
Strong time management.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring you meet and exceed your activity goals.
Collaborate with team members to share and learn from best practices.

Experience prospecting from manager level to executive level titles from mid-sized to enterprise organizations.
Hubspot Sales Hub.
Ability to create and edit email sequences.
Working knowledge of Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator.
