Job description

Become a  Production Worker and break into the electronics manufacturing industry with  little to no experience required ! Work at a desk in a climate-controlled environment, applying and removing tape using tweezers and X-Acto knives for precision. This position has tons of growth potential into various departments and positions within electronics manufacturing. We have multiple openings on 1st and 2nd shift due to increased demand for our high quality electronic products and excellent reputation within the Defense & Aerospace industry. Pay:

• $17.75/hr. (1st shift)
• $18.82/hr. (2nd shift)

Schedule & Shift:

• M-F + 2-3 Saturdays/month ; 50-60 hours/week
• Saturday OT is only 8 hours
• 1st Shift: | 5am-3pm + Saturday OT
• 2nd Shift | 3pm-1am + Saturday OT

Job Description:

• Carefully apply or remove masking/tape on printed circuit boards by using tweezers and precision cutting knives.
• Move trays of printed circuit boards from one area to the next according to manufacturing process.
• Pay close attention to the details and quality of your work.
• Be comfortable asking for help on how to best accomplish tasks.
• Regularly receive constructive feedback for how to improve quality and efficiency of work.
• Work off computerized blueprints.
• Put in electronic requests for materials needed.

Transferable Experience:

• Electronics assembly, quality, inspection, nail technician, jewelry/watch repair, cell phone repair, cake decorator, building models, art, crafting
