• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS required
• 25 - 30 patients per day during 12 hour shift
• Suturing, stapling, staple removing and splinting, must be able to see all ages
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
