Job description
Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Physician specializing in Infectious Disease to join our team. As an Infectious Disease Physician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating infections in patients, as well as providing guidance on infection prevention and control measures.
Key responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and treating patients with various infectious diseases, including bacterial, viral, fungal, and parasitic infections.
- Managing complex cases of infections, including those in immunocompromised patients.
- Prescribing appropriate antimicrobial therapies and monitoring treatment outcomes.
- Providing consultation and guidance on infection prevention and control practices.
- Participating in surveillance and management of communicable diseases.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives.
- Providing education and training to healthcare staff and community members on infectious disease-related topics.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Board certification or eligibility in Infectious Disease.
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices in Infectious Disease.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
