Job description
Our client, an expanding medical device manufacturer, is on the lookout for Inside Sales Specialists.
These positions are newly created role open because of the company's growth.
The role of an Inside Sales Specialist is multifaceted, involving various support activities aimed at delivering top-notch service to our customers.
This role will pay a Base Salary plus Commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate contact with potential leads through outbound calls, introducing them to our company and product line.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, primarily doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
- Maintain and update client information in our CRM system, with a preference for candidates experienced in Salesforce.
- Address customer inquiries, provide comprehensive product information, and introduce new offerings.
- Identify and implement the most efficient solutions to customer queries.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Address common product or service-related problems.
- Demonstrate a readiness to handle additional tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Background in sales, with a focus on medical devices and terminology.
- Strong telecommunication skills, with a history of frequent call activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, along with superior verbal and written communication skills.
