The Role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth, engage clients, and promote our unique Money Mentorship solution. Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate our brand's compelling value proposition, ensuring it aligns with our mission.
Lead efforts to position our brand and messaging effectively to resonate with our target audience.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Monitor brand performance and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Devise and implement a comprehensive PR strategy to elevate our presence in the fintech industry.
Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry experts to amplify our message.
Oversee communication channels and manage public perception during challenging times.
Drive thought leadership initiatives and create engaging content across various platforms.
Lead a creative team in producing captivating visual, video, and written content.
Ensure all creative assets reflect our brand, messaging, and social purpose.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple channels.
Optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
Analyze customer insights and market trends to inform strategic marketing decisions.
Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Manage the marketing budget effectively and analyze key metrics to measure performance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of diverse marketing experience, with a preference for fintech, startup, or SaaS experience.
Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles within tech companies.
Experience working with B2B, B2B2C, and B2C audiences is highly desired.
Strong understanding of fintech trends, social purpose-driven marketing, and the competitive landscape.
Hands-on experience with brand activation programs is advantageous.
Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into action.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and performance metrics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership skills with a passion for building and motivating teams.
Goal-oriented attitude with strong analytical skills.
Experience with marketing tools like HubSpot and WordPress is required.
