Job Opportunity: EV Charging Sales Representative (Remote)

Purpose:

As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in increasing our market share within the assigned territory in the US. Your focus will be on maximizing sales value and margins, influencing product portfolios, and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue objectives.

Job Description:

Demonstrate expertise in EV charging products and services, effectively communicating key selling points and benefits while prioritizing customer needs.
Foster strong relationships with external EV charging customers and internal team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
Drive revenue targets by promoting a comprehensive range of EV charging products within the designated geography.
Cultivate and sustain relationships with key customers, providing ongoing product training and support.
Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance capabilities, customer service, and overall profitability.
Independently prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotes, and proposals to achieve successful outcomes.
Collaborate with other sales teams to facilitate cross-selling opportunities and penetrate new markets.
Generate accurate sales forecasts and leverage Salesforce for effective funnel and prospect management.
Support market analysis efforts to drive growth and influence new product development.
Proactively nurture customer relationships, drive additional sales, and ensure utmost satisfaction.
Assume additional responsibilities as required to support the company's strategic objectives.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent sales experience.
Background in commercial, engineering, or technical fields.
Minimum of three years' experience in supporting the Electric Vehicle Industry or related products.
Ability to travel domestically, approximately 50%-60% of the year.
Proven sales expertise within a manufacturing environment.
Deep understanding of industrial products and a strong network of customers and distributors.
Excellent communication skills with a knack for building sustainable relationships.
Highly motivated self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision.

Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:

As an Inside Sales Representative with Metal Sales, you'll play a vital role in engaging with our customer base to drive sales. Operating primarily from our branch locations, this role may involve occasional travel for outside sales activities. A hybrid work schedule may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities:

Respond to leads generated from our online 3D building designer, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion to sales.
Manage quotes through the entire lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
Collaborate with various Metal Sales personnel throughout the order process to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide comprehensive support to customers, addressing inquiries, installation questions, and software support.
Serve as the primary contact for dedicated customers, conducting inside sales activities such as calls and appointments.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in our CRM system.

Preferred Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-focused sales environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
Knowledge of building products, particularly roofing, is preferred.
Willingness to travel locally/regionally for outside sales activities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
