The Ad Platforms team is responsible for building and operating the technology that supports Disney’s industry-leading, multi-billion dollar global advertising business. Working across all of Disney’s streaming brands and linear channels, this team’s scope is wide ranging - they impact everything from core infrastructure development that powers Disney’s proprietary ad server, to reimagining viewer-first ad experiences and formats. This team’s award-winning, in-house built technologies are the backbone of Disney’s ad business and a critical element of the Company’s streaming future.
Job Summary
As a Senior Product Manager I - Salesforce Analytics within the Ad Platform technology team at DE&ET, you will be a part of the team defining Addressable and Cross Media advertising CRM Analytics products. You will be responsible for executing on the Salesforce Analytics product strategy, defining business, and functional requirements consumable for engineering, and driving execution to establish Disney’s Unified Advertising Platforms future. Responsibilities
Execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Disney’s Advertising Sales CRM analytics platform
Drive alignment to a common product vision across a diverse set of stakeholders including Product, Sales, Engineering, Revenue Management, Operations, and Finance/Accounting
Develop and maintain a product roadmap for Salesforce Analytics capabilities, innovation, and related systems integrations
Elicit and define product requirements and documentation consumable for engineering and quality assurance teams to configure, develop, and test
Responsible for management and heath of the product backlog, ensuring concise requirements definition, organization, and prioritization
Set and communicate clear priorities for assigned products based on strategic goals, market conditions, and customer requirements, and regularly communicate product status to relevant stakeholders
Enumerate and identify clear business KPIs for setting annualized objectives and partnering with our sales organization to meet those objectives
Collaborate with Product Management peers to ensure Product Strategy and requirements align with other Sales Channels including Direct, Programmatic and Self Service
Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management within an established technology or digital media company
Solid understanding of CRM and related business solutions, knowledge of Salesforce suite of products (Salesforce CRM, CRM Analytics/Einstein, Tableau)
Thorough understanding of relational databases and experience writing SQL queries is a plus
Extensive knowledge of Addressable Planning and Order Management advertising tools, user experiences, and advertising sales revenue lifecycles
Maintains a deep empathy for our users and wants to creatively solve problems with a user-first mentality
Excellent requirements & solution design documentation, presentation, and communication skills
Experience shipping multiple products in an agile software development environment

The hiring range for this position in New York is $142,600.00 to $191,100.00 per year and Santa Monica, CA is $136,038 - 182,490. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job tags
