Job description
The Client Care Sales Coordinator handles form submitted leads and phone calls generated by our internet sales and marketing initiatives including but not limited to prospects from:
- Dealership’s website
- 3rd party sites
- Manifest lists
* OEMS
* Equity mining tools
The goal of the Sales Coordinator is to provide prospects with outstanding customer service, timely responses to inquiries and to generate high quality traffic to the showrooms.

Essential Duties
Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services. Training is provided.
- Satisfies the transportation needs of Internet-generated customers.
- Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
- Understands the psychology of Internet customers and works with them accordingly to draw them into the store for proper vehicle demonstration and to close the transaction.
- Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc., and their benefits to customers.
- Attends product and sales training as requested by sales manager.

Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Customer service experience a plus
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Ability to work with others, take direction, and commit to sales goals.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
