Join our team in metro Atlanta and become a part of a very well-established and successful group practice. Eye Consultants of Atlanta is the premier provider of high-quality eye care for patients of all ages in the Atlanta area. We are seeking an experienced Practice Administrator with a focus on clinical operations and strong management skills to help continue the growth of the practice. This position will be based in our Cumberland office with management duties across thirteen clinics.

The Practice Administrator is responsible for all day-to-day clinical operations. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities
• Direct reports- three Clinical Managers.
• Indirect reports- all Technician and Scribe employees.
• Assess productivity and processes and recommend improvements.
• Standardize quality and processes of clinical operations across the company.
• Ensure all clinics are appropriately staffed at all times.
• Build a collaborative and fulfilling work environment for physicians, managers, and
employees.
• Establish measures and targets for quality and performance.
• Promote patient satisfaction and address patients' concerns regarding clinical quality.
• Serve as Privacy Officer.
• Promote employee satisfaction and always maintain a high level of workforce strength.
• Collaborate with clinical managers to establish and manage weekly training program.
• Responsible for overall MIPS scores.
• Supervise all clinical inventory and equipment.
• Recommend and implement approved policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with CFSO, other departments and managers to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
(Master's degree preferred).
• At least 3 years' experience in medical practice management, preferably in ophthalmology
practice setting.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven
decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and
collaborate effectively with physicians.
• Demonstrated business acumen and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
• Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Strong commitment to patient care, compassion, and community engagement.
• Technologically savvy, with knowledge of a fully integrated medical office software package.
