The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming and a deep understanding of AV systems, with specific expertise in Crestron, Extron, and Biamp technologies. The AV Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, and implementing AV solutions for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand AV requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and implement custom programming solutions using C#, Python, and other programming languages as needed.
- Configure and program Crestron, Extron, and Biamp systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Test and troubleshoot AV systems to identify and resolve any issues.
- Provide training and support to clients and end-users on how to use and maintain AV systems.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest AV technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AV programming, with a focus on Crestron, Extron, and Biamp technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, and others.
- Strong understanding of AV systems and components.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other AV technologies, such as AMX, QSC, or Dante.
- Industry certifications, such as Crestron Certified Programmer (CCP), Extron Certified Control Professional (ECCP), or Biamp TesiraFORTÉ Certified.
- Experience with audio and video signal processing and distribution.
- Experience with AV control systems design and integration.

Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
