Do you have Office experience? Do you have an interest in E vent Planning ?

Our client is a smaller office setting and is looking for someone work in either their Appleton or Oshkosh locations. They are looking for a team player to join the organization as a Client Experience Concierge/Event P lanner . You will be the first point of contact for clients and help to make the organization successful through events for clients and internal staff.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, greet clients and walk in visitors
• Co-manage the calendar and schedules, confirm meetings for clients, prospects, and professional partners
• Prepare and coordinate documents for meetings
• Coordinate meetings with Professional Partners to develop cooperative relationships to meet client needs
• Maintain files, databases, records, and/or other documents
• Document and track items in Customer Relations Management software
• Bring new ideas to help make events more successful
• Community involvement to market various events
• Work with the team to budget plan and implement company and client events

General Information:

Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week between the hours of 8am-3pm, Monday – Friday

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay: $17/hour-$23/hour, based on experience

Location: Appleton, WI or Oshkosh, WI

Requirements:

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years Administrative Experience AND/OR Event Planning experience
• Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
• PowerPoint knowledge is highly preferred
• CRM Database experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
