If you are a Hands-on CyberSecurity Director with experience, please read on!

We are a strong, stable, consumer products corporation looking for a CyberSecurity Director to join our team reporting into the CIO. 

This is an individual contributor who manages and performs all activities surrounding Cyber Security. You will leverage the infrastructure team and vendors when applicable.  You will work across the organization with different departments and leaders of the company.

We are a hybrid work week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday onsite in the office and Monday and Friday remote.

What You Will Be Doing

Management and Strategy 
- Design, develop and implement CyberSecurity policies and procedures
- Create employee manual on CyberSecurity policies
- Create Incident Response Plan
- Ensure Compliance with:
-- SOC 2
-- HIPAA
-- eDiscovery
-- Document Retention
-- Data Privacy
-- Websites (GBDR)

- Executive Simulations, Table Top exercises
- Ensure Cyber Insurance
- Handle all coordination with Legal
- NIST/Mitre Evaluation

- Own all Training/Awareness for Annual Cybersecurity Training and Employee Onboarding Training
- Run Phishing Tests and create reports

Technical Aspects
- Coordinate Penetration Testing, External Testing, Internal Testing, Vulnerability Testing - Evaluate Results
- Mimecast/eMail
- Endpoint Detection and Response
- Managed Detection and Response/Threat Hunting
- Own and conduct Blue Team/Red Team Testing
- Blacklisting, Firewall rule maintenance

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a focus in CyberSecurity
- Security certifications like CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CISM or CISA
- Hands-on experience creating and delivering CyberSecurity policies and procedures
- Hands-on experience with overall, end to end knowledge of CyberSecurity within a corporation
- Hands-on experience with Phishing Tests and Penetration Testing
- Experience with training and awareness for a corporation

We are offering a base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience plus benefits.
