Candidates must be local. This role will be in office to start for onboarding, and after that will be 3 days in office and 2 at home.
The Business Intelligence Analyst duties include organizing data points, communicating between upper management and the IT department and analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs. The Business Intelligence Analyst is a hands-on role that requires managing day-to-day functionality of Power BI reporting platform. The BI Analyst must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently, manage their workload per deadlines and have the flexibility to shift priorities with ease and professionalism. The primary duty of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to transform data into insight that can help to improve the value of the business.
Proactively communicate with all stakeholders, analyze information needs and functional requirements, and develop technical requirements based on business requirements
Design and delivery of end user reporting analytics and dashboards presentation
Collaboratively work with our Data Warehouse developer and our application team to ensure appropriate data sources are available for reporting needs
Execute system test cases, scripts, and plans for business intelligence tools and supporting databases
Continuously improve analytics process and adherence
Manage time, set priorities, and perform management escalations
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Related Bachelors
or equivalent experience
3 - 5 Years
Power BI, data analytics, report creation and end user training experience solving analytical problems involving data, business process and/or data analysis with focus in a retail or wholesale industry
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors
3 - 5 Years
Microsoft SSAS/SSRS and more Power BI experience a plus, Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 for F&O or related systems a plus
