Job description
Primary Responsibilities :
Support the Path2Zero initiative by being the point of contact to help conduct complaint troubleshooting for invoice issues, escalating to the 3 rd Party Managed Service team and help educate stakeholders on PtP payment process.
The individual in this role will work independently to accomplish his/her own assigned workload and collaboratively with other members of his/ her team, Sourcing, DSS, SAP, PtP Operations, and will be a point of escalation for those parties to help ensure on time payments.
Coordinate between project stakeholders to facilitate to drive down overall turn-around time.

Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
3+ years Procure to Pay experience preferred
Ability to manage day to day activities and project work
Ability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights
Excellent collaborator with demonstrated capability to partner with other business functions and internal stakeholders
Strong communication skills (oral, written and listening, facilitation)
Expertise in Excel required, experienced with reporting and data base tools (such as Tableau), preferred
Experience with SAP ECC and other enterprise systems, a plus
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at a U.S. E6 rank or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or higher.
