Short Description

The cybersecurity internship is designed to provide exposure to a variety of security tasks expected of an entry-level cybersecurity analyst. These include Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tool usage, virus/malware remediation, log analysis, basic incident response, firewall and virtual private network management, end-point detection and response management, and vulnerability management. Minimal night work will be needed for incident response.

The position is an apprenticeship that will require an increase in salary as the apprentice attains the A+ (+5%), Network+ (+10%), and Security+ (+10%) certifications so that when all the certifications are attained, the apprentice will be 100% of the base salary

Experience Required

This is an intern position. Minimal knowledge and experience is needed

Field of study IT or Cybersecurity

Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 12:00pm
