Skills needed for success:
2+ years Travel Agent experience
Strong knowledge of airfares, ticketing and reissues
GDS experience, Apollo a plus
Experience handling VIP and touring clients, and/or group travel
Microsoft Office proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, problem-solver, organized, attention to detail
