Job description
General Function
The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for all things warehouse related to the department. This includes moving material in and out of storage locations and picking material for orders. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining inventory integrity and organization within the storage location.
Manage storage location to ensure physical inventory accuracy
Receive components into storage location from engineers
Process all product milestones upon put away
Pick and deliver all components as needed for Pos
Sort samples for shipping to various regions
Provide feedback to department planner on what custom components are ready
Cost out components and finished goods to Engineering and product
Basic Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse environment
SAP experience
Experience in using Microsoft Tools – Outlook, Excel, Word
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
Desired Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Continuous improvement/Lean six sigma experience
Understanding of Operations processes
Understanding of assembly parts, bill of materials and assembly processes
