Job description
Orthodontic office is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and friendly Treatment Coordinator to join our team! Must be able to work in a fast-paced office and always maintain a great attitude and superior customer service. This is a full-time position that will be travelling between clinics. Relevant experience required.
Job Descriptions
As a Treatment Coordinator you will gather information from the patient and coordinate a treatment plan with the doctor. Your duties will include explaining treatment options, related costs, and when applicable, negotiating financial arrangements with the patient or responsible party.
Determine dental benefit eligibility and payment estimates necessary to facilitate financial arrangements, when applicable.
Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, insurance forms and exit paperwork.
Communicate clearly and openly with patients about their treatment options and related costs and be prepared to handle objections to proposed treatment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
No experience is required but the ideal candidate will have some relevant experience, including but not limited to the following:
