Job Summary
The Sr. Learning and Development Executive will be responsible for managing and implementing the learning and development strategies across all departments of Insight India. The role will include delivering effective learning and development programs, coaching, mentoring, and leadership development programs to ensure the continuous learning and development of the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Learning and Development strategies based on the Organizational Goal, Vision, and industry/customer demand.
- Identify the skill gaps of employees and design training programs to address the gaps.
- Deliver and facilitate training programs and workshops that enhance job performance and capabilities.
- Work closely with HR to ensure new employee onboarding and orientation programs are aligned with the company policies and standards.
- Develop and deliver leadership development programs to ensure that the Insight leadership is abreast of industry methodologies, processes, and trends.
- Monitor, evaluate, and assess the effectiveness of the learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to help them develop skills and improve job performance.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers, including technology partners such as Microsoft, AWS, and GCP, to ensure the efficient delivery of learning and development programs
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Learning and Development for ITeS companies
- Excellent knowledge of learning and development theories, techniques, and delivery methods
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in managing learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to assess employee learning needs and design effective training programs.
- Experience in budget management.
- Ability to manage L&D data including certifications, courses, programs by partners etc.
