We are part of the Sponsored Products team within Amazon Advertising. We are responsible for driving new core ad experiences on the Search page. This role is central to integrating Sponsored Products into new and existing supply opportunities across Amazon. This role provides a unique opportunity to truly work with a multidisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, scientists, and user research. To deliver on new experience, you will work with PMs, engineers, and scientists to develop large-scale, low latency, and high-performing systems that will integrate with core external systems and services. This will require you to collaborate closely with user experience research teams, and data scientists. The impact of this role spans across multiple organizations, and you will be required to influence without authority. We are getting started on solving new problems so you should be comfortable in navigating through large scale ambiguities that await you in this role. You will work with senior leadership, business stakeholders, science and engineering teams to develop and execute on our roadmap.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design
- Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps
