The Sous Chef Tournant will support and assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs by overseeing the day-to-day culinary operations, including training, supervising staff and monitoring food quality. The Sous Chef Tournant will be responsible for leading in the restaurants and banquets in the absence of each areas Sous Chefs.

How do you know if this job is for you?
• Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Kitchen terminology required.
• Formal culinary training diploma, apprenticeship papers, or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
• Previous Supervisory skills required.
• Knowledge of products uses and availability.
• Remain current with products and industry trends. Take personal responsibility to advance skills and knowledge.
• Basic mathematical capability including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Current food safety certification.
