Role: Assoc Analyst, Quality Systems

Location: Hybrid Southern California

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:

The Associate Analyst, Quality Systems, will play a crucial role in supporting the spinoff of Critical Care's Business Unit. The primary responsibilities include collaborating with business representatives to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. The analyst will update procedures to establish independence for the Critical Care Quality Management System, working closely with various organizational levels to refine procedures, implement feedback, and proactively address issues. Additionally, they will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, drive resolutions for arising issues, and contribute to the improvement of current practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update Quality Management System procedures based on feedback from business representatives.
• Swiftly address and resolve any issues that arise during the spinoff process.
• Drive improvements in current practices, collaborating with relevant functions for effective implementation.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field of study. 0-2 years of experience required.
• Experience in a quality and/or manufacturing environment in the medical device industry is required.
• Good project management skills and familiarity with related software tools are preferred.
• Experience with document control and ISO 13485 is a plus.
