Job Title: UI/UX Researcher - W2

Experience: 7 to 10 years
Location: Lansing, MI, USA
Required skills/Desired skills:
- UX researcher experience
- Strong understanding of UI Design
- Lead and co-lead primary and secondary user research by facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing
- Plan and implement user research strategies and methodologies
- Creating wireframes and prototypes and using various tools (Figma, Sketch, or
equivalent) - Creating user personas and user journey maps
- Empathy mapping development
- Leading user workshops and facilitating sessions
- Generating insights from data and effectively sharing research results
- Planning and conducting usability testing
- Research-related tasks including research, planning, evaluating, and iteration
- Formulating specific, answerable, and practical questions
- Remote testing tools
- Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and acting as a strategic partner in decisions
