Job description
LaSalle Network is thrilled to partner with a sustainable American food company in the Chicagoland Area with a global reach that's as expansive as the North Pole. In the spirit of the season, we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing brand and be a vital part of the finance team. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be tasked with overseeing the accuracy and reconciliation of open accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process documents and cash receipts (lockbox, checks, credit cards)
Work with billing staff to determine billing corrections and adjustments navigating appropriate software.
Maintain and update all accounts receivable filing
Analyze weekly accounts receivable aging reports as well as cash receipts to the sales staff and executive management
Answer questions in resolving short term payments and account problems?
Document collections activities
Accounts Receivable Specialist Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
Passion, attention to detail, and team-player
Strong communication skills both written & verbal
Experience working with Excel is preferred
