Job description

We’re looking for a talented, professional buyer’s agent to join our team and take appointments with ready and willing buyers. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. There is no cold calling or prospecting, you will be responsible for meeting with the buyers, showing homes, and negotiating contracts. The appointments are set for you and the transaction is coordinated for you. Join the team and just do the "fun" part, show houses and write contracts! • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
• Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
• Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
• Work with clients to stage, price, and market homes
• Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests
• Follow up with all leads to schedule listing or buying appointments

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
• Always has a professional demeanor
