Eastridge Workforce Solutions has partnered with a venture capital firm, in the search for a crypto-focused Controller to join their Finance team. Since 2018, our client has been investing in seed to growth-stage technology companies and currently has over 1.5B in assets under management. Position Responsibilities:

• Support and work directly with the Crypto team as Finance & Ops liaison 
• Execute a wide variety of crypto-native transactions such as token transfers and vesting contracts, as well as SAFT and Equity transactions
• Manage and interface with a variety of crypto custody providers
• Assist with the management of the fund administrator
• Lead issuance of quarterly/annual financial statements and audits
• Manage external tax advisors
• Respond to investor communications
• Perform ad hoc related tasks and projects as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Requires Crypto knowledge as it applies to the areas of investment management and accounting
• 7+ years of fund accounting experience
• Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism
• Desire for taking proactive ownership and initiative of projects and tasks 
• Detail-oriented with exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple and ever-changing priorities
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Excel / Google doc modeling skills
• Relevant tax experience a plus
