Job Description
The SME Enterprise Architect will serve as the Lead of the Information Systems (IS) group, holding a pivotal role in shaping and guiding the overall IT architecture within the scope of the contract. This role will require a high degree of technical expertise and strategic planning abilities to design, develop, and oversee the integration and implementation of IT solutions across the contract's span. The SME Enterprise Architect is a recognized authority in IT systems and architecture, known to steer large-scale enterprise technology initiatives that support mission-critical operations. The individual will work closely with the COR/GTMs, ensuring the delivery of optimal, resilient, and high-performing system solutions. Regularly reporting to the GTMs and providing architectural guidance and blueprint that aligns with the organization's goals and regulatory standards. The incumbent is responsible for leading the IS group and influencing decisions regarding the long-term technological direction of the contract. Reporting directly to the designated Government lead.Note: Position is contingent on contract award.
Requirements: U.S. Citizenship is required.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years related experience or Master's Degree with 8 years related experience in Information Technology or a closely related field.
Relevant enterprise architecture certifications are highly desirable.
Extensive experience as an enterprise architect in complex IT environments.
Mastery of architectural methodologies and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
Demonstrated ability to lead information system groups and projects.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in analyzing current technology environments and devising strategic improvements.
Adept in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior management.
Ability to conceptualize and articulate a vision for enterprise architecture that supports the organization's objectives.
