Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the point of contact for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution of the Salesforce platform impacting peak performance in the business.
Hybrid work schedule: M/T/W - Onsite, Th/F - Remote

What You Will Do
Assist in the identification and implementation of systems and process improvements that improve overall performance and technical efficiencies.
Responsible for the delivery of solutions for release cycles and/or new projects.
Lead regression testing for the Medical business on the Salesforce platform.
Develops a solid understanding of business processes and operational procedures within the commercial business to assist in decision making and process improvement objectives.
Ensure appropriate stakeholders are involved in defining requirements, testing, and creating the proper procedures.
Ensure the quality and data integrity of the Salesforce platform.
Assist and participate in applicable governance councils.
Participate in divisional and global CRM launches.
Serves as point of contact in system enhancements and reported incidents - accountable for timely and accurate delivery of solutions.
Ensures compliance with all regulatory and compliance activities within prescribed area.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required.
1+ year experience with Salesforce.com administration strongly preferred.
Technical understanding of Middleware, integrations with ERPs, and Business Intelligence preferred.
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
$58,700 - $102,600salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
