Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product and QMS Data Specialist . In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining product data and ensuring compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This is a critical position within our organization, as accurate and up-to-date product data is essential for effective decision-making and regulatory compliance.

 

As the Product and QMS Data Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our product database, ensuring accurate and complete data entry, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather product information. You will also be responsible for monitoring data quality, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. In addition, you will support the implementation and maintenance of our QMS, ensuring that all processes are documented, standardized, and compliant with industry regulations.

 

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent analytical skills and a strong attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with large volumes of data and have the ability to identify and rectify data discrepancies. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance professionals.
