Job Summary: SGA Lists is a premier hospitality staffing firm. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a catering server for a corporate company. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to Guests. Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Assist customers in making menu choices and provide information about products. Ensure the cleanliness and organization. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients and nutritional information. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and sanitary work environment. Replenish stock and keep track of inventory levels. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service. Qualifications: ~ High school diploma or equivalent. ~1 year of previous serving experience. ~ Strong numerical and multitasking skills. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ~ Basic computer skills for processing transactions. ~ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus. ~ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
