Job description
BCT has partnered with an industrial solutions industry leader to identify an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP Implementation projects. Remote position but will require travel to manufacturing and distribution sites in the United States with occasional trips to their corporate headquarters. Flexibility to work beyond standard hours to meet project deadlines.
Salary Offered: Up to $170,000 depending on candidate's experience, etc.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams, setting clear goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans with timelines, milestones, and risk management.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants during implementation phases.
- Manage change processes, including staff training and materials development.
- Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
- Perform post-implementation reviews to ensure objectives are met.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices.
- Secure necessary resources and monitor project progress and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful completion.
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties, ensuring alignment with goals.
- Provide mentorship to the project management team.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with 2 years in ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems; experience with Epicor's Prophet 21 a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP concepts, including master data and financials.
- Understanding of EDI at the business process level.
- Experience with CRM systems implementation.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments; industry-specific knowledge is advantageous.
