Position Overview:
As a Medicare Account Executive, you will play an instrumental role in the expansion of our patient base by focusing on the acquisition of Medicare Advantage patients. Your expertise in the Medicare landscape will allow you to navigate and thrive in this competitive market. You will act as a liaison between our practice and the community, fostering relationships that will drive our growth and support our mission to provide outstanding healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive, data-driven outreach strategies to increase our Medicare Advantage patient enrollment.
- Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with community leaders, healthcare providers, and local organizations to drive referrals and patient engagement.
- Deliver informative and persuasive presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our primary care services to potential Medicare Advantage patients.
- Facilitate educational workshops and seminars to help seniors navigate the complexities of Medicare Advantage plans and choices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling collateral and digital campaigns tailored to the Medicare demographic.
- Monitor industry trends and policy changes to ensure our practice remains a preferred provider for Medicare Advantage plans.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track patient interactions, and report on conversion rates to optimize performance.
- Demonstrate a patient-first approach, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and adherence to ethical sales practices.
- Achieve agreed-upon enrollment targets within designated timeframes, reflecting the practice's growth objectives.
- Provide exceptional post-enrollment support to ensure patient satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare regulations, enrollment processes, and Medicare Advantage products.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic sales environment, with a strong drive for success.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in healthcare sales or Medicare training programs are a plus.
Compensation:
