Our firm has doubled in size within the past year, providing a platform to manage charitable accounts. We have a very casual, family-oriented environment that's also fast-paced with high energy. We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who wants growth potential to join our growing team! What You Will Be Doing Provide customer service and assistance via chat, email, and phone channels Educate clients on how to use portal Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Process donations and transactions accurately and efficiently Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in collaboration with other teams within the organization Maintain up-to-date knowledge of organization policies, procedures, and services Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer information Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams and management Contribute to the development of customer support best practices and procedures What You Need for this Position Financial Services, Banking or Wealth Management industry experience Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or similar field Customer Service or internship experience Meticulous written and oral communication required What's In It for You - Salary: $50k-65k - Medical benefits are not provided So, if you are a a Customer Service Representative with experience, please apply today or email me directly at [email protected] Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Skills Customer Service Bank Wealth Management
