Senior project manager with roughly 7-10 years experience in engineering project management in fast-paced, cross-functional and complex environments
Specifically, extensive experience as the single program manager leading medium to large projects from inception to deployment
Advanced program management skills: ability to lead, plan, organize, anticipate road blocks, mitigate them and drive results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable presenting to large groups and executives
Strong understanding of the importance of controlling scope, schedule and costs in order to deliver effectively
Is able to work independently with little oversight
An excellent teammate with a positive attitude who establishes relationships quickly
Knowledge of eCommerce publishing and / or retail online is a plus
