Hybrid Accounting Manager

Job description
This position is partially remote. You will have the opportunity to work remote 2 days weekly. The salary $100-120k/yr depending on experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise accounting associates
- Develop accounting associates by managing performance, goal setting, providing training, etc
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Complete monthly and year end close
- Evaluate accounting processes and make improvements as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years overall accounting experience, 2+years management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably have experience within the healthcare industry but not required
