ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our growth strategy, IVX Health is moving to grow a Sales Development Team to activate new referring accounts through outbound, office-based sales prospecting.
Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at IVX Health will work closely with existing field teams in their pursuit of market growth. The SDR will also work closely with leaders throughout the organization to define target audiences and develop effective content. The SDR is responsible for manufacturing both cold and warm interactions through phone, email, social media, and other channels with office administrators, referral coordinators, and other clinical operations staff at specialty practices. Measured primarily on appointment setting and activating both new and list accounts, the SDR team will provide leverage to existing BDMs by developing new engagement opportunities at a faster pace.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Quickly but thoroughly learn about the infusion space and IVX Healths value propositions to ensure a high-level of competency when selling its unique benefits to potential referring practices
- Develop and manage target audiences using internal and external databases and with consultation from market-level Business Development Managers
- Utilize effective outreach via phone, email, and social media to secure qualified meetings with specialty practice
- Communicate industry updates to new and existing accounts, including insurance plan changes, formulary additions, upcoming events, and other key information
- Manage multiple inbound lead channels including, but not limited to, web, phone, and chat leads
- Utilize SugarCRM and ActiveCampaign to effectively document and track performance
- Adhere to best practices for task follow-up, and documentation of all sales activity
- Ensure internal documentation is completed accurately and within appropriate timeframes
- Meet (and exceed) quota for new client engagements
- Operate at the highest ethical standard during every customer interaction and in alignment with IVX core values

Qualifications ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS - Knowledge and proficiency with standard office software applications
- Interest or experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry desired
- Competitive spirit, with customer-focused attitude
- Proven ability to drive engagement, influence others and sell over the phone
- Excellent listening skills and ability to uncover pain points and identify opportunities

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or 2-3 year of Inside or Sales Development Experience
- Knowledge of or experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry is desired
- Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
