Your Responsibilities
As a Reman Core Manager for John Deere Reman - Springfield located in Springfield, MO, you willbe responsible to drive a step function improvement in utilization of Core at John Deere Reman. In addition, you will:
Lead a cross-functional project team to drive a holistic approach to core management for John Deere Reman by:- Delivering a data-based scorecard with clear lead and lag metrics related to core inventory, core utilization, core return, and core accounting.
Develop training materials to engage the organization around core usage.
Provide regular updates to factory and division leadership related to Core priorities and improvements.
Develop business cases for investment needed as part of Core Management.
