About Us:
We are currently seeking a motivated Senior Management Configuration Release Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a leading consultancy in the financial services industry, we specialize in delivering a wide range of services, including research, data analytics, and strategic advisory services. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive consulting services to clients, encompassing research, data analytics, and strategic advisory services.
- Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to optimize technology, processes, and organizational design, with a focus on improving profitability.
- Act as an expert in various areas such as data analytics, business intelligence, and technology optimization.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in specific areas of expertise.
- Deliver high-quality work that exceeds client expectations, resulting in positive references and case studies.
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions to clients.
- Evaluate challenges and opportunities for improvement, developing practical solutions.
- Build and maintain credibility as a domain expert, fostering effective collaboration with clients and peers.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in banking/financial services.
- Proficiency in the Software Development Life Cycle and change/release management principles.
- Familiarity with industry-standard change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading distributed teams, including offshore personnel.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability in research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
