GPAC, a 30+ years recruitment company, is partnering with a well-established in Seattle. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about the legal field and want to join a dynamic and reputable organization. The role is onsite 5 days a week.


Responsibilities:


- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, and contracts


- Organize and maintain case files, including indexing and cross-referencing documents


- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases


- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to obtain necessary information


- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

Essential Job Functions:


- Draft and proofread legal documents with attention to detail and accuracy


- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards of the legal profession


- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively


- Conduct efficient and effective legal research using various resources


- Collaborate with attorneys and legal teams to provide comprehensive support

Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field


- 4-8 years of experience as a litigation paralegal


- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation


- Proficiency in legal research tools and software


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

They offer a competitive salary in the range of $70,000-100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, their comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage. They provide a 401(k) plan with a 5% matching contribution, as well as 3 weeks of paid vacation and one week of sick leave per annum.
