We are currently seeking a Analytical Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capacity Planning and Analytics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capacity planning, with expertise in utilizing tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capacity planning to ensure optimal resource allocation
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentations and slides
- Hands-on experience with Tabalue for at least 1 year
- Understanding of machine learning concepts for data analysis
- Effective roster and people management skills
- Attention to detail and focus on quality control
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Expertise in forecasting and strategic planning
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work in the Amer Timezone in a 24/7 model
- Incident management and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- Certification in PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent tools
- Proven track record in capacity planning and analytics
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in sharing Weekly Status Reports (WSR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with clients
