Job Title: Audit Manager / Senior Audit Manager
Location: Office in Bethesda, MD (Hybrid Remote - 1 day a week in office)
Salary: $125k-160k + Full Benefits + Remote flexibility
Requirements: Active CPA or EA, Currently an Audit/ Assurance Manager at a CPA firm, and Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Exp.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervising staff on engagements and handling complex review for EBPs, Non-Profit, and other types of audits. You will also be advising clients during on-site client meetings and ensuring audit completions by deadline.

What You Need for this Position

Required:
- At least 5-7+ years of Audit/ Assurance at a Public Accounting firm
- Minimum 2+ years of Audit Management Exp.
- Financial Statement Audit Exp.
- Must have exp. with Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audits

Preferred:
- Non-Profit, Real Estate, Commercial, or Labor Union Audit Exp.
- Prosystems fx Engagement Exp.
