DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

The minimum expected schedule for this position is 50 hours per week, which will be scheduled within our operating hours. These hours are Monday to Thursday, 4 pm to 9 pm, Friday and Saturday, 12 pm to 10 pm, and Sunday, 11:30 am to 8:30 pm.

You take on a crucial position in upholding the mission and values of the company while ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your main objective is to achieve team income targets and effectively manage renewals to meet retention goals. Additionally, you're responsible for maximizing new business opportunities.

You oversee various administrative tasks and closely monitor daily statistics to drive staff performance. You provide training and coaching to ensure the continual development of your team. Demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of our products, you lead by example in sales and processes, while also ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance.

Your proactive and innovative approach significantly contributes to enhancing branch performance. Building strong relationships with insurers and customers is key to your success. Get ready for an incredibly busy and satisfying position that offers numerous rewards!
