Due to our growth and success, we are seeking an IT Security Manager with at least 7-10 years of IT Security Experience with a strong emphasis on Incident Response/Handling and Forensic Analysis.
What You Will Be Doing
The IT Security Manager ensures that the risk to the bank posed by a variety of cyber threats is minimized. The IT Security Manager is responsible for ensuring all the security programs, tools and technologies are implemented and working correctly, as well as providing the necessary research, recommendations and implementations for new technologies or enhancements. They are also the primary IT Incident Handler and IT Forensics Analyst for the Bank. This role shall assist in technical implementations as necessary. In addition, they are responsible for managing the technical security personnel.
What You Need for this Position
7-10+ years of work experience within Information Security
Leadership experience is preferred, but not required
Any of the following certs: including but not limited to CompTIA Security +, CompTIA CYSA +, CASP+
**Strong experience within Incident Response or IT Forensics
* Knowledge of cloud providers and secure access considerations such as (Salesforce and Azure).
Experience with current Microsoft technology. (e.g., Windows Server, Hyper-V, Active Directory, SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, DHCP, NPS, VDI.)
Proven knowledge of security best practices, architectures, technologies, systems, and products (e.g., SIEMS, IDS/IPS, Firewalls (Cisco/Fortinet), Network Access Control such as Cisco ISE or FortiNAC, Proxy Servers, Incident Handling, Forensics Analysis, Snort, Nessus, Kali, Security Onion, Wireshark.). Remote access and web security tools such as the Zscaler toolset experience a plus (ZIA and ZPA).
Knowledge of network architectures, technologies, systems, environments, routers, switches, and products, as well as their interaction, tools, topology, and network protocols (e.g., iSCSI, TCP/IP, SNMP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, LAN/WAN, NAS, SAN and SDWAN).
