The Collection Representative - Loan Servicing (Auto Finance) - REMOTE is responsible for servicing current and/or delinquent auto loan accounts and documenting all activities utilizing loan servicing software. Multiple positions available. Looking for Pre 30's, 30 Days, FPD, 60 Days, and 90 Days Collectors.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Follow and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Negotiate payment arrangements with borrowers, including offering suggestions as to how they can meet their obligations, propose alternative payment methods, and establish payment procedures.
• Assist borrowers in devising a strategy to allow them to keep their vehicle while meeting the obligations of the loan.
• Accurately and professionally document account information and collection activities.
• Locate customers through the use of databases and references (Skip Trace).
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Adequate Internet/WIFI service and designated home workstation.
• Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, disciplined, and have strong work ethic.
• Must have experience working in a call center environment.
• Must have experience working with auto-dialer systems.
• Must have skip-tracing experience.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year collections experience.
• Subprime auto finance experience is a plus.
